One of our greatest techno founders, Kevin Saunderson has teamed up with a DJ/Producer Patrick Topping. For Topping, it is an honor to cooperate with the Detroit legend. Saundersons’ 1988 hit single Good Life served as a huge inspiration to the UK artist. While spicing the track up with some 90’s Acid elements, Frisk keeps its dark vision going all the way through like in a strong and breathtaking thriller. A total club banger!
Flamma – Licked Off My Face (Grime)
Flamma (short for ‘Flammable’) is a Fire-Fighter of Turkish Cypriot origin from North London. Ironically, the name ‘Flammable’ was chosen well before becoming a Fire-Fighter. In his late teens, Flamma was stabbed by a gang of youths. Fortunate to survive, Flamma describes the incident on the track ‘Rise’. This experience changed him and his perception of life. Flamma prides himself on flow and having depth to his lyrics. This is achieved through meaningful lyrics with the use of clever word-play and puns. Flamma’s experiences in life have resulted in his performances being more truthful and raw. As he says, he has learnt to become ‘unapologetically me’. Smashing!

Christian Löffler (feat. Josephine Philip) – The End (Instrumental, (Neo) Classical, Downtempo / Minimal Electronic)
The End is taken from Christian Löffler’s (feat. Josephine Philip), a German DJ, musician and record producers, new album, Lys. The successful artist described his music as "...connected by a gloomy spirit, which is minted by a warm sincerity.” For his new album Lys, he moves his vocals to the front and center to bring out his innermost feelings with actual words rather than only moods. Lys captures something fundamental in nature: light. “I realized that the light is different in the north of Germany, and this became an overall theme for the album. Before I had Mare, and Forest, and now it’s become light,” hence the album’s title, meaning “light” in Danish. We say let the light in!
